We're a Summit family hoping to buy a house in town.
We're Kostiantyn and Olena. We already live in Summit, our boys go to Summit public schools, and we want to put down roots here for good. If you've thought about selling, whether this year or a few years from now, we'd love to talk with you directly.

A little about us
We moved to Summit as renters and quickly came to love it: the downtown, the parks, the schools and the easy train into the city. Our two sons go to Summit public schools, and our older one bikes to the high school every morning.
Now we'd like to stop renting and find the house we'll live in for many years. Kostiantyn works in technology in New York, and we're a close family that spends a lot of time at home, in the kitchen and in the yard.
We know a home holds a lot of memories. If yours ends up being the one, we'll treat it with care.
